I wish i could capture this kind of picture, so meaningful (kesian aku tengok). Kena guna lens panjang sedepa nih kalu tak kang dgn aku2 sekali kena henyak. But, since i never do any exercise or body work out for a very very very very verrrryyyyy llloooongggg time, i just wait and watch from my pc instead. Tak larat nak lari mah!

Sayang lor my camera kalu kena tembak dgn itu water cannon...gatai somemore!!
